These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses the uh777 platform. They cover how your account works, how deposits and withdrawals are handled, how bonuses operate and what is expected from all players. Please read through them before registering.

Acceptable documents for identity verification typically include a government-issued national identity card, passport or driving licence. uh777 may request additional documentation if needed to complete the verification process. Documents submitted must be legible, current and unaltered.
If verification cannot be completed due to insufficient or inconsistent documentation, uh777 may restrict account functionality until the issue is resolved. Deliberately submitting false or altered documentation is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Completed KYC verification is a requirement for processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
uh777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards (Visa and Mastercard) and mobile wallets. All deposits must be made in PKR. uh777 does not charge a processing fee for deposits made from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges depending on your account type.
All payment methods used on uh777 must be registered in the same name as your uh777 account. Third-party deposits – meaning deposits made from a payment method registered to another person – are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be subject to review.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. uh777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with changes reflected in the platform interface.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take a short time to process depending on the originating bank. Card deposits are generally credited quickly. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Reminder: Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming on the uh777 platform. Depositing funds and then immediately withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity may be treated as misuse of the payment system.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Cashier section of the uh777 platform. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. uh777 does not process withdrawals to methods not previously used for a deposit on the account, nor to third-party accounts.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on the account. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is finalised.
Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Raast withdrawals are processed within a few hours in most cases. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank. uh777 processes its side of the transaction promptly; final receipt of funds depends on the receiving payment provider's processing timelines.

Players with active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may be restricted from withdrawing until those requirements are met. uh777 does not charge a fee for withdrawals from its side. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside uh777's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements – a specified number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, time limit and qualifying games are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from a bonus's qualifying criteria will not count toward wagering requirements.
uh777 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where patterns of play suggest that bonuses are being exploited rather than used in good faith. This includes but is not limited to: using bonuses in conjunction with low-risk staking strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements rather than play genuinely, coordinating with other accounts to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Good practice: Check the Promotions page and the Bonuses section of your account regularly to keep track of active offers and their conditions. Claiming a bonus and then finding it restricts a withdrawal you wanted to make is avoidable if you check first.

If you wish to close your account, you may do so by contacting uh777 support. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawal holds.
Where uh777 closes an account due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds, bonus winnings and winnings associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to fraudulent activity may be returned at uh777's discretion following a full review of the account.
Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. uh777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active.
uh777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may affect platform access from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uh777's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any relevant incident. uh777 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
In any dispute between a player and uh777, these Terms and Conditions represent the primary governing document. uh777's decision on matters relating to account management, bonus validity and fair play investigations is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process that may apply.
